Together, we create lasting change.
Since 1994, the Consular Club of Ho Chi Minh City has been dedicated to improving the quality of life of vulnerable people in southern Vietnam. We are an entirely volunteer-run club whose members come from many international backgrounds. Working hand in hand with local charities, we fund practical projects in education, health and basic needs, with an emphasis on gender equality and on solutions that last.

Food, crafts, fashion, gifts and a charity raffle. Last year the Bazaar welcomed 2,000 visitors and 104 stalls.

A night of talent for a good cause
International Talent Gala & Charity Auction · Saturday 5 September 2026 · The Reverie Saigon
Drums and lions, a student orchestra, a jazz band, Indian dance and contemporary ballet, a five-course tasting menu and a live charity auction. Together, we raised 414,750,000 VND in support of the Consular Club and its mission. Thank you to everyone who performed, cooked, donated and bid – and to our sponsors, who made the evening possible.

A wig library for women with breast cancer: free wigs made from donated hair for around 200 women, and help to set up 40 hair libraries across Vietnam.

Scholarships for candidates attending Newborn Life Support (NLS) training at Tu Du Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City.

Ba Chieu Children’s Home
Support for 20 girls aged 4 to 20: school fees, stationery and uniforms, healthcare and household costs.

Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation
Safe accommodation for disadvantaged children and their caregivers: upgraded living and hygiene areas, cooking equipment and laundry machines.

Les Enfants du Dragon
A canteen for a local public school, benefiting 700 children, including those from the orphanage run by Les Enfants du Dragon.

Thien Phuc Family & Social Support Center
English lessons for 41 orphaned and disadvantaged children with physical or intellectual disabilities, hearing or speech impairments, or autism.
